General Course Policies 

COURSE WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals from the class must be made at least TWO WEEKS prior to the class start date for a full refund, minus an administration fee of $30. Withdrawals less than two weeks prior to the class start date or after the first class will receive 50% of the course fee minus a $30 administrative fee. NO refunds will be processed after the 2nd class.

Golden Key Cultural Center (Mississauga Mandarin School) aim to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming learning environment. Golden Key reserves the right to refuse admittance to or de-register any person who prevents our ability to provide such an environment. In the event of de-registration, a refund will be issued for all unattended classes.

GROUP CLASS SIZE 
Children's Class: the minimum class size is 6, maximum is 15

COURSE CANCELLATION - Insufficient Registration
All courses are subject to sufficient registration. Golden Key reserves the right to cancel or combine individual courses if minimum registration is not achieved. A full refund will be issued in the event of a cancellation.

MISSED CLASS
In the event that a student is unable to attend a class, Golden Key regrets that a makeup class or refund will not be offered.


COURSE TRANSFERS
If space is available, students may transfer from one course to another that is of equal or more value, as long as the transfer is done 2 weeks before the class begins. 


WAIT LIST
In the event that the course/camp you have selected is full, you can be placed on a wait list. Individuals on the wait list will only be notified if space becomes available in the class.


AGE REQUIREMENTS
Children must meet the age requirements of the Course/Camp listed. An exception may be made if the child's writing ability is beyond his/ her grade, or the child is turning the age requirement soon by the time the class starts. 

FAMILY DISCOUNT
Families who enroll more than one child (residing in the same household) will receive a $10 discount on each additional child. This discount is applicable to all children and youth courses and camp programs. To receive the discount, please call us to proceed with the payment.
